Lenovo G580 Code 37

I have a midi controller which is a class compliant USB (plug and play).But when I  insert it on my lenovo g580, it gives an error of code 37. I have 2 midi controllers, both of them are class compliant and both of them are having the code 37 error. Even my usb keyboard doesnt even work and gives the code 37 error also. 

I want to try to enter into bios setup but I think the keyboard of my laptop is broken, whenever I press letter L it locks the computer, whenever I press F2 the screen turns off and so on. I also tried the Fn + F2 but still turns the screen off..
