Yoga 13: Keyboard unresponsive but touchpad working

My Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 keyboard has not been working. It does not work at all, even when logging in, and I have to enter my credentials either via touchscreen or via external keyboard plugged in by USB.

I've checked to ensure my driver's are up to date, and I've run the diagnostic software on Lenovo's online support website, which confirms my drivers are up to date and it claims there are no hardware problems with my keyboard. My computer appears to be recognizing the keyboard on the device manager as well.

This had been giving me troubles on and off for years, but I don't remember how I used to fix it (usually a reboot would solve the issue, although sometimes it would take multiple).

Any help would be much appreciated. I'd really like to avoid a factory reset, as I don't have all the software easily available to re-install.
