Hello, I bought legion y540 that comes with i7 9750H and GTX 1650 recently. I noticed that HEVC movies stutter heavily when I'm trying to play them in vlc. It's not vlc's problem because it's not happening on my desktop and my other laptop and both have worse specs than legion y540. I have tried to uninstall the gpu drivers and install them again and also change some settings in vlc but nothing changes.
I'm out of ideas at this point, can anyone help me with this?
