X1 Carbon : nagging animation near mouse pointer

Hello to All, 

Since yesterday, the animation next to my mouse pointer (the round blue circle) can't stop (alteatively on/off very quickly)

I didn't installed anything or updated anything. 

I tried to unplug the mouse : no change

It just came, suddenly,  like that. 

Thanks for your help, that thing is unbearable.
