Unable to hear sound in skullcandy Bluetooth jib wireless for both music and call in Lenovo k8 plus

Unable to hear sound for both music and voice when jib wireless connected to Lenovo k8 plus.

All other brand Bluetooth wireless headset are working only issue with skullcandy jib Bluetooth wireless .i have tried all options suggested by support. But still issue not resolved.can any one help in this issue
