Error sending End of Post message to ME: HECI disabled, proceeding with boot!

Hello, I have a Lenovo ideapad y700 touch 15ISK (2 years old no warranty), recently I turned it on from hibernation and I received an Error: "Error sending End of Post message to ME: HECI disabled, proceeding with boot!" right after this I waited for it to boot up but the screen went blank so I turned it off by pressing and holding the power button, from then onwards whenever I turn it on the laptop turns on but screen stays blank, it doesnt even turn on as I dont see the backlight turn on but the laptop does turn on as the fans run and keyboard backlight also turns on. I've tried connecting it to other displays via HDMI but no luck. I couldn't find the solution anywhere so I'm posting here, any help is appreciated.
