System Update 5.07.0065 - silent (un)install sometimes not working

Sometimes, if systemupdate is already installed, I get a prompt to delete some files (and so my deployment hangs).

Sadly, I can not reproduce this behaviour.

Anybody else has experienced this?

My command: systemupdate5.07.0065.exe /VERYSILENT /NORESTART

Command is from https://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/tvsu5_mst_en.pdf

The /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES does not help.

The problem seems to be the uninstall, the following command produces the same prompt:
