Another UEFI Topic!

Some of you followed my recent E31 problem where a CMOS reset restored the ability to see the BIOS/UEFI screens.  We also discussed some other UEFI things in that thread.

I thought I'd toss out another UEFI question:  On the latest bios screens I'm seeing on the P300, P310 series (and probably going back to older tower series) on the SECURITY TAB there is a setting:

"Windows UEFI Firmware Update" {Enable/Disable}

Does anyone know whether this means that Windows could change the UEFI related settings that you have set or does it just mean that Windows has been given the OK to include a Lenovo firmware (bios/uefi) update among the other Windows updates that it is going to download and install?

I realized that I was looking at that setting and worrying that Windows would switch my machine to uefi settings whereas maybe it's really just about the sorts of updates I'd normally do using the Lenovo System Update tool.
