no reply from support!

Dear Sirs,

I'm filing a complaint to Lenovo because I'm trying to get support for my laptop and got NO answer, whatsoever!

The invoice date is the 11th August 2016, so, the warranty is still ON. No matter if you don't reply, I'm trying to get the support from you at least 10 days before the expiring date.

I can't believe all people at Lenovo are gone on vacations!

Please, give some quality support or consider another business...

This is VERY urgent, it's just a faulty keyboard (three keys d'ont work) but it's being very harmfull for my work.

Waiting for a prompt reply from Lenovo, PLEASE.
